The new year has arrived, apparently a few weeks ago.
Time is flying by lately. I can't keep up.
I'm getting married in June. I figured I would have a lot of time to prepare for it, but the faster time goes the more I think those six months will be gone before I realize it.
We're mostly moved into the house; there are still a ton of boxes left to unpack. We had to buy a refrigerator because the one the landlord provided stopped working pretty quickly. I didn't really trust it from the start; it was old and small and he told me it had been in his garage for an long time. At first everything was freezing, and after a few weeks nothing was staying cold. Oh well, now I have a refrigerator to take with me when I move next.
Lately I've been thinking of getting into politics. I think I am going to start attending city council meetings. I don't really know where else to start other than joining the libertarian party and running for office, but I think I'm too young and inexperienced to just jump in like that.
To begin I'd like to start posting on this site more often and give it a more political cast. Recently my posts have been more personal and probably boring for most people. I want to change that.
For now, I'm going to sign out.
Later,
Joshua
